Drawn in Wellfleet, MA, November 7, 9, of a model of a cruiser on the mantel , (journal), perhaps 18" long. Titled and sent to EHS December 14, 1940. Model had been made by ED in Provincetown, finishing August 1, 1936. On August 12, 1936 he reproduced the cruiser model in plaster and painted it August 14, (journal). During World War II ED repainted it with camoflage markings (HDB memory).Provenance
